I, hereby, subscribe for and agree to purchase 1 share of common stock in Greener Pastures Natural Foods Co-op and any additional Class A, B, C, D stocks I've added to my purchase. I also apply for membership in Greener Pastures. I understand that this membership application is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, and that my membership is subject to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Cooperative. I agree to abide by this agreement and to keep Greener Pastures notified of my current address. I have received copies of Greener Pastures Articles of Organization and Bylaws and a copy of this agreement with my initial stock payment.
